Fieldfare Oy is a Finnish one-person consultancy run by me, Lauri Kaunisto. I help companies build a clear financial picture and act on it: cash flow forecasting, profitability analysis, cost structure, financing, and finding a way through difficult situations.

My wider experience covers international business, corporate restructuring, recruitment and HR, and ERP implementations.

I run Fieldfare alongside my main employment. Fieldfare does not take assignments from companies in the Auroora Group, or in transactions where Auroora is a party.
